  5. Description:    vile is a text editor which is extremely compatible with
  6.         vi.  it has extended capabilities in many areas,
  7.         including:  multi-file editing/viewing, mouse support,
  8.         infinite undo, additional operators, rectangular
  9.         operations.  it can also be built as "xvile", which is
  10.         fully X-aware, with scrollbars etc.  it will run under
  11.         VMS, DOS, OS/2, or NT.  binaries for some PC operating
  12.         systems are available at "Original-site".  (NT an OS/2
  13.         are currently console mode ports.)
